Cheermis: touring tasting of Fiemme Beer
Come and discover the most eagerly awaited food and wine event of the year: Cheermis! On Sunday 24 August, you can buy your tasting kit at the box office in Cavalese or Fondovalle. Once you have your kit, head up to the mountain and get ready for a culinary journey that will take you from starter to dessert, with each course accompanied by a special selection of craft beers from the Fiemme Brewery and the Pietralba Brewery.
The tasting route begins at the Baita Tonda hut, where you will be served an aperitif with a Fiemme beer pairing, to whet your appetite with the authentic flavours of the Lagorai. Then continue to the Sporting hut, where a delicious appetiser awaits you. Continue your gastronomic journey at the Paion refuge, where the main course will surprise you with its richness of flavours, enhanced by the perfectly matched Pietralba Beer. Conclude this unique experience at the Lo Chalet refuge, where dessert will delight you, always accompanied by Fiemme craft beer that enhances its characteristics.
This year, Cheermis celebrates the territory with a collaboration of excellence: alongside the event are Birra di Fiemme and Birrificio Pietralba, two authentic expressions of the local brewing art. United by their passion for genuine flavours and their desire to enhance their Alpine roots, these two breweries bring to Cheermis their craftsmanship, their stories and, of course, their beers.
