Do you want to try the thrill of Freeriding?
There are still some who think that MTB is synonymous with physical exertion… but have you ever tried Freeriding? This is the new sport for young people and those not so young, those who love bicycles, nature and a healthy thrill...
You just load the MTB on the Cavalese-Doss dei Laresi cable car and go! You reach the altitude of 1280 m in just a few minutes. 

 

 


FREERIDE OLIMPIA TRACK
Fasten your helmet, put on your protective gear and it’s time to try out the Freeride Olimpia Track.
It starts out from the big grassy meadow at Doss dei Laresi. Experience sudden changes in altitude, with breathtaking bends breaking against the gradient, down through thick undergrowth and trails specially designed for freeride mountain biking, with the option of a new single track carlo gambirasioleading to the Fondovalle station
…things don’t end here because there are two alternative trails designed by Italian champion Carlo Gambirasio.
And the pedals? You only need them get up speed... from there it’s all about balance, reflexes and skill!

RULES

 

  •  It is strongly recommended that you are well acquainted with the fundamental freeride and downhill mountain bike riding techniques.
  • It is recommended that you tackle the routes with a good psycho-physical preparation and condition.
    For everybody’s safety, you must go down the routes with means that are adequate and in efficient conditions.
  • Wearing a full face helmet and safety gear for the chest and lower limbs is mandatory.
  • It is strongly recommended that you bike downhill the first time at low speed to become familiar with the routes and explore the course.
  • Observance and compliance with the signs along the paths is mandatory.
  • Do not enter unmarked paths and routes not falling within the park’s borders.
  • It is mandatory to pay utmost attention especially to pedestrian crossings and intersections with other routes, and to fully observe the right of way of motor vehicles and pedestrians, even if they are on the park's paths.
  • Maximum respect is to be shown to everybody who goes to the park and to its environment, throughout the park area. Do not leave waste.
  • Expert riders and the locals are asked to act as guides for the new guest riders along the routes, and to make them obey the rules.
  • Entry to the Bike Park requires that the athlete assume full responsibility for his or her conduct and the consequences deriving from it. Facility management and bike park management take no responsibility.
  • Admission to the Bike Park routes implies total acceptance of these rules.
